General Merchandise Policy

Patriot Mania Inc. ships all general merchandise via UPS based on the selected shipping method.

We will accept postage paid returns after you have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization from us. Merchandise must be returned in saleable condition within 30 days of receipt.

Just drop us a note with your name, address, phone number and the reason for your return and we’ll send you an RMA number that you must write on the outside of your package. To ensure proper credit, please include a copy of your invoice with the returned merchandise. Please package your returned items carefully to avoid damage by the shipper. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or for damage caused by your shipper.

If you wish to exchange the item(s) you ordered for another size/color or something else, please include a copy of your invoice and a note telling us what you want. Be sure to include any sizing/color information. Return shipping charges may apply.

Firearms Policy

Patriot Mania Inc. ships all Firearms via an approved method at our discretion. It is your responsibility to make sure the firearm you purchase is legal in your state. Firearms must be shipped to and picked up from a nearby Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer in your state. The procedure is simple, just call your local dealer or find one on the FFL network. (GunBroker.com or FFLFinder.com both have a great list of dealers). Call your chosen dealer and find out their transfer fee, and have them fax a copy of their license to us at (904)317-9934 or email to SAM@PATRIOTMANIA.COM.

Shipping and Handling: Patriot Mania charges $25.00 for shipping and handling of any firearm.

Firearms are not returnable.
